Plant construction
Modular treatment plants built for demanding wastewater streams.
ROTREAT plants are tailored to the water, the site and the operating target. Standardized plant families form the engineering basis, while modular construction keeps the system adaptable for larger capacities and specific customer requirements.
Manufacturing network
Built in Graz and with specialized European production partners.
Our plants are built in our production line in Graz and together with established partners in Italy, Lithuania, Austria and Germany. This manufacturing setup combines ROTREAT process know-how with flexible workshop capacity for containerized, skid-mounted and hall-installed systems.
The plants are tailored to customer requirements. Four standard plant types are used as a basis for landfill leachate treatment from 0.5 m³/h to 15 m³/h. The modular system design also allows plant configurations above this range.
To increase permeate yield and minimize concentrate disposal, ROTREAT offers concentrate stages in high-pressure technology up to 160 bar.
Container or building installation
One plant design, flexible installation environment.
The plant design is suitable for installation in a hall as well as in an aggregate container with standard ISO dimensions. No technical modifications are required for container installation, and a plant can later be moved from a container to a hall if the operating concept changes.
Plants are designed in modular sections on a common stainless-steel foundation frame. This profiled stainless-steel construction supports long-term value retention, stable alignment and practical maintenance access.
Factory-built reliability
Ready-to-operate assembly before the system reaches the site.
The modular sectional design allows ROTREAT plants to be assembled at the factory and tested before shipment. This reduces site work, shortens commissioning time and gives the customer a defined technical acceptance step.
Short site installation
Preassembled sections reduce mechanical and electrical work on site and support faster commissioning.
Process-specific engineering
Pre-treatment, RCDT stages, high-pressure concentration, MBR and automation are configured around the water analysis and treatment target.
Serviceable layout
Access to pumps, pressure vessels, valves, instrumentation and cleaning connections is considered from the first layout stage.
Energy and concentrate strategy
High recovery with comparatively low energy demand.
The average energy consumption of 6-8 kWh/m³ is very low compared with many multi-stage treatment routes. Depending on the process concept, competing multi-stage solutions can reach much higher consumption values.
Where disposal costs are critical, high-pressure concentrate stages can be integrated to increase permeate yield and reduce the concentrate volume that must be transported or disposed of.
